Working with Russ relieved some of my stress that I was going through and gave me peace.

When I think of Russ’ leadership style, Servant Leader immediately comes to mind. Ever  since I met him, his heart for others has been apparent in how he approaches situations  he finds himself in. While I am sure there may be some “delegation of duties” in his roles,  his willingness to jump in and do what needs to be done to complete tasks, and “never  ask someone to do something he is not willing to do himself” defines his mindset.
